Who we are

Patterson River Veterinary Centre strives to give your pet the very best health care possible.  Our staff are all dedicated pet lovers and we pride ourselves in our personal care of both clients and patients alike.

We feel continuity of care by one Vet is important and where practical we aim to do this. This provides you with a more personal service.

We are able to offer you both a preventative health care program for your pet and a treatment program when the need arises. Vaccinations, desexing, microchipping, parasite control, dedicated hydrobath room, puppy classes, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, orthopaedic surgery, radiology, ultrasound, pathology and premium pet foods are some of the services we have available on site.

Our Vets enjoy all fields of small animal medicine and surgery. We routinely perform many types of surgery on site. If your pet is unwell and requires testing, treatment or surgery we will always discuss options with you. We will also inform you of the costs involved and if this changes during the course of treatment then you will be made aware. We understand that communication is important and will work with you to achieve the level of care that suits you and your pet.

We are members of the AVA (Australian Veterinary Association), Sydney University's Continuing Veterinary Education and Veterinary Information Network. We believe continuing education is imperative so that we can give your pet the very best of care.

We proudly support a number of animal welfare organisations including Pawfect Pals Animal Rescue, Dogs 4 Jobs, and 9 Lives Cat Rescue.
